There is a couple of resume for the post of management executive, sat on my desk. Now the panel for the HR interview have to find the best. They follow the interview process for the upcoming interview schedule. For what am i here for? Question came to my mind , what will be the best way to find the best dime in the qualitifed people, am i so obfuscate with this all? But i have planned to make it sync and find from the list of basic recuirement check list. Met with some of top exective for the such kind of profile disscussion like Senior business Associates, Sales manager.
As i have approached to check it the total relevant Experience, Total Industrial Exposure and Acadmic and professional experience, Will it be ok for the best resources ? i thought No ! Well what’s the next?
I have take my notebook and checked it some of unique keywords in the profile which suite the basic desire recuirement, like What kind of work, What industry, What’s the major work parts? what’s the key responsiblity? What’s the most challenging task? what if they have to settle down with individual responsibility ? But there must be some of information i could get it in the resume and some of i need to confirm to call to those candidates, i insisted with n number of calls in the same streams and talked with them and there is a huge gape of difference came in my observation and after the call option.
And at last i have observed many of key points , like Communication skills, key strength , Project\Product roles, Responsibility and the salary negotiation for finding the best resources. This all made my mind clear and learnt a new lesson to find the best resources.

In all of the industry, Resource management is the only core function, where company works accurately and manage the the resource pool, Now the question comes, how do they find the best one ?
The company who works on resource management, basically make it the recruitment stratgey and follow to them, but somewhere they tie up the consulting firm, somewhere with the recruitment crew and the consultant who is having somewhat along tier of experience, but basically in all of them, what is the common things? Head hutning, Talent Acuisition or something else. That all link it somewhere, and that is smart strategy to rank it the best one!
For Example, There is a company REW, who is finding the best resource pool, they meet to consultant who is having an experience since 10 year, both of shared the JD, and flowed in the way of recruiting, Consultant helped to company and gave somewhat resources as company wanted, A higher executive panel met to all those associates who came for an interview, and decieded to opt 5 best resource. and rest of they have sent back. What really drives to the rest of, have they not being with such kind of talent zone, They are. The consultant should teach them well before to send the company, like kind of technical interview or some kind of interview process, so they followed the right track on it .
