First of all we are too biased for any problem, once we see the things from different perception , problem is different and can get the solution in other way. Science ,art , technology , imagination , and so many ways can be there to see the problem .
Diagrams!
If we can make a diagram of problem , then we can see it in most pragmatic way . More easy is the diagram, more easily to see the problem and its solution.
Communication!
HR need to interact with all the people within the organization .Open communication is the key of success to all HR
Make Different combinations !
Different combination for available data can be helpful to generate fresh, new and decision information .
Relate the practical experience of others and your own !
Everybody has small or big experience , you might be new in your job or a very very experienced person , your own experience with events , people and time can give you a great hint for the solution .Other people experience matters a lot , can learn a lot form books .
Know from the failures !
