<p>If we can make a diagram of problem , then we can see it in most pragmatic way . More easy is the diagram, more easily to see the problem and its solution.</p>

<p>HR need to interact with all the people within the organization .Open communication is the key of success to all  HR</p>

<p>The day when you have committed for something, and you didn&#8217;t take any action to convert in success. You fell down , and found it the same way again and again. It may not even give you chance to be turn around. You may have to take consistent action on your daily root. Invisible, who is not visible and not even you can think about it,  it comes suddenly, when you pass the privileges.  Leader, not only lead to it self, but a team&#8217;s champ, who really wanted to feel happy to work with in all stats. <p>In the industry , each day as many of people, follow the same line for business, services, jobs and etc. It really matters when you maps yourself with Constant and never ending improvement. you follow to yourself, they will follow to you, and the same community can create a great environment. One of the most powerful way to improve yourself is to feel about who you are ?, what you have given ?, what you wanted to give ? Knowledge only make s you universally applicable.</p>
<p>Invisible leader is in you, you need to hope for that everyday, every moment. In order to feel change your rule and presuming to by yourself.</p>

All are giving there best upto certain level and nobody is having a balanced , beautiful and solid  process  in recruitment .<strong>Art of recruitment</strong> is the  infinite process loop ,which gives an idea of the best  candidate for the best company . Art of recruitment is practically inspired by the idea &#8211; <strong>&#8220;Obsessed for the best </strong>&#8221; .</p>
